By using the Services, such as browsing or placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service.

In order to place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Site).

In placing an order with us, you authorize Amberstone to process a charge or charges on your Paypal account (or bank account if through bank transfer payment) in the amount of the total purchase price of your order.  

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data. The Site is for your personal use only. You may not purchase goods from the Site for reselling purposes or commercial exploitation.

Orders are processed during business hours. Please allow 24-36 hours for processing during business day. Please refer to our Ordering & Shipping pages for detail information regarding order process and shipping delivery.

Returns & Exchange 

If a product(s) have been damaged when received, we are fully committed to our customers’ satisfaction and will offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  To return & exchange an item(s), please fill out the form in "Contact Us', provide your name, order number and items you wish to return.

We will require a photo to be sent to us and/or we may ask for the item(s) to be sent back to us with a copy of your receipt/invoice. Original shipping fees are not refunded and we may require that you pay shipping fees to mail the damaged items back to us, unless it is a result of our error.

Conditions

We are fully committed to our customers the skincare products with natural and safe ingredients, for nourish and sustain our skin and body health. We strong believe that you will enjoy your beauty journey with our products.

However, we understand that there may be an exception or rarely case, if you have problematic and extreme allergic skins, we advice you to consult your family doctor before applying the products.
